This article examines the cognitive features
of how a Russian law enforcement officer develops his or
her individual educational trajectory. The aim of the theoretical
and pedagogical
analysis of the problem is the existential
orientation of the individual as the worldview foundation
for the de-velopment
of subjectivity within the framework
of a person-centered paradigm of pedagogical science.
The research hypo-thesis is that the cognitive component of the process of forming the position of an employee’s personality
as a subject of an individual educational trajectory
cannot be defined as the most heuristic unless the process
of self-cognition is examined from the perspective of the existential
tension inherent in educational activity. The goal
of designing an individual educational trajectory, as one
of the outcomes of self‑organization of educational activities,
cannot be achieved without a high level of self‑actualization
of the law enforcement officer. The analysis of the self-actualization
process is based on the phenomenology of the subject’s
consciousness within an individual educational trajectory.
This phenomenology is viewed as a unique cognitive practice
and a key component of an educational environment structured
around a person-centered approach.The article employs
a comparative method to show that the formation of an active
position by the subject of an individual educational trajectory
cannot be considered authentic without profound existential
self-analysis and self-reflection. It also describes the condition
of a simulated process where an individual assumes a passive
position, acting as an imitation of subjectivity within educational
activities.
The author proposes a theoretical model for integrating
a person-centered paradigm with a cognitive paradigm
as a method for building deep intersubjective interaction
in the process of developing an employee’s position
as the creator of an individual educational trajectory.
The connection between personal growth and life‑meaning
orientations, as a point of self‑reflection for the subject
engaged in justificatory activity, in this case brings the process
of forming the subject of an individual educational trajectory
to facilitation — as the fundamental method of pedagogical
communication within the framework of genuinely
achieving the cognitive uniqueness of an individual educational
trajectory. The results of this study can be applied
to educational reforms at both higher education institutions
within the Russian Ministry of Internal Affairs and any educational
organization. |
