The article examines one of the key problems
of modern teacher education — the training of future teachers
for organizing historical and educational activities in primary
school. The relevance of the research is determined
by the modernization of the Russian education system and
the updating of Federal State Educational Standards, which
actualize the task of forming a stable civic identity among
younger schoolchildren and value attitudes towards historical
and cultural heritage. In this context, historical and educational
activities act not just as a translation of knowledge, but as
a strategic tool for educating a person capable of conscious
civic self-identification and the preservation of historical
memory. The purpose of the research is to theoretically
substantiate, develop and empirically verify the effectiveness
of the student training model based on the integration
of activity-based and multi-subject approaches. The object is the process of professional training of future teachers, and
the subject is the pedagogical conditions for the formation
of their readiness for historical and educational activities.
As part of the experimental work carried out on the basis
of the pedagogical faculty, a structural and functional model
was tested, including targeted, substantive, procedural
and evaluative-effective components. The practical
implementation of the model was carried out through the organization
of students’ project activities during the internship
period, which made it possible to simulate the real conditions
of professional activity. The results of the ascertaining stage
revealed an insufficient level of methodological and organizational
readiness of students. However, the formative experiment
demonstrated significant positive dynamics. The effectiveness
of the proposed model is confirmed by a significant increase
in indicators for all evaluation criteria: cognitive, activity-based,
and value-motivational. The developed multi-subject model,
course program and methodological materials have proven their
worth and can be recommended for widespread implementation
in the educational process of pedagogical universities in order
to improve the quality of teacher training for primary school. |
