The article reveals the methodological foundations
and content of the subject-activity technology for the formation
of professionally-oriented transitivity among students — future
specialists in the field of information technology. Structural
and functional changes in employment in the field of information
technology have a profound impact not only on the career
preferences of an individual, but also on the higher education
system, which should prepare the graduate for the more complicated
conditions for entering the profession. Information technology
specialists, on the one hand, create and maintain digital
software products for most areas of human life, on the other
hand, artificial intelligence technologies have led to large-scale
automation of routine labor functions, creating the prerequisites
for the release of a large number of specialists who performed
them. As a result, the transitivity of the modern information
society requires the transitivity of the subject of labor relations.
Professionally-oriented transitivity is manifested on the basis
of innovativeness, vitality, information and communication
competence. The subject orientation of pedagogical activity is
based on the formation of an individual and personal attitude
to emerging
innovations in students and their ability to develop
positive motivation for constant self-development as a result
of the continuity of changes in the labor sphere. It is advisable
to start the formation of the necessary personal quality during
higher education, when in the process of performing practice-
oriented educational tasks by students, the activity aspect
of the pedagogical impact is realized.
The article presents the results of scientific and methodological
work on the creation and testing of a subject-activity technology
for the formation of professionally-oriented transitivity
among students — future specialists in the field of information
technology at university as a response to identified socioeconomic
challenges. Methodological basis of research are
theoretical analysis of philosophical, sociological, psychological
and pedagogical literature; modeling; empirical methods:
observation, questioning, testing, content analysis, and statistical
data processing.
The practical significance of the study lies in the possibility
of using the methodological results of the developed pedagogical
technology in order to modernize the process of training future
specialists in the field of information technology at university. |
