The article discusses topical issues of improving
technical training in gymnastics using the example of performing
an element of increased difficulty in exercises on parallel
bars – a swing backward from a handstand to a straight handstand.
The authors justify the need to introduce biomechanical
analysis into training practice, since modern requirements for
the performance of gymnastic exercises are steadily growing,
and the timely development of promising elements is the key to
successful performance at high-level competitions. The purpose
of the study is to develop an effective methodology for teaching
this element based on the presented kinematic characteristics.
The work carries out a biomechanical analysis of the technique
of performing the exercise by highly qualified gymnasts,
highlights the preparatory, main and final stages, as well as
the phases of accumulation, implementation and depreciation.
Linear speeds of body links` movement required bending angles
in shoulder and hip joints, trajectories of joint movement,
as well as values of the height of lifting the total center of body
weight are calculated. The data obtained forms the basis
of a phased training methodology for young gymnasts, including
simulation and summing exercises, a system of criteria
for assessing the correctness of movements and recommendations
for correcting typical errors. Experimental testing
of the developed methodology has shown its high efficiency:
gymnasts of the experimental group mastered the exercise much
faster (an average of 175 attempts versus 302 in the control
group), made fewer gross errors and received higher final referee
ratings. The proposed approach to mastering the technique
of gymnastic elements can be recommended for use
in the training process of both young and qualified gymnasts. |
