The article is devoted to a comprehensive study
of the theoretical and methodological problems of the didactic
potential of innovative forms in inclusive education among students.
The paper presents an in-depth analysis of the phenomenon
of inclusion in the context of modern higher education, taking into
account the trends of digitalization of the educational space and
the expansion of the range of educational needs of students with
disabilities. Special attention is paid to the study of the didactic
potential of innovative educational forms and their impact
on the processes of socialization and academic adaptation
of students. Based on theoretical and empirical analysis, the key
contradictions that arise when introducing inclusive practices
into the educational process of a university are systematized,
as well as pedagogical resources and mechanisms that contribute
to the effective implementation of the inclusive paradigm are identified.
The article analyzes the relationship between innovative dissonance,
the inclusive culture of the educational environment and
the willingness of the teaching staff to work in conditions of a heterogeneous
composition of students. Significant correlations are
identified between the degree of formation of an inclusive culture,
the accessibility of the educational environment and the academic
performance of students with special educational needs.
The didactic models of inclusive education and their adaptive
potential for different categories of students are considered
in detail. An integrative model for implementing the didactic potential
of innovative inclusive education forms is proposed, including
axiological, technological, organizational, pedagogical and reflexive
components. The necessity of overcoming innovative dissonance
and the formation of an inclusive culture as a condition
for the productive use of the didactic potential of new educational
forms is substantiated. The results of the study are of great importance
for the development of scientifically based approaches to the design
of an inclusive educational environment in higher education. |
