Annotation: The development of the Arctic region in modern conditions has become one of the most important political and international issues for our country. The exploration of mineral resources and the development of mining operations require significant investments from the government. Besides, the international situation requires not only the rapid development of the Arctic regions, but also the protection of the country’s interests and the infrastructure of established enterprises. In this context, the survival and operational activities of the security forces have become a significant challenge. The goal of this study is to explore the impact of social interaction on the mastery of skiing and determine the motivating value of specific didactic tasks and their role in activating functional abilities and social maturity. When studying the educational process, theoretical analysis and generalization were used to determine the state of the considered problem of the Impact of social stability on the development of motor skills. On this basis, a methodology was created that combines the theory of functional systems, the theory of personal goal-setting, the concept of social stability, and the theory of physical skill transfer, and a process of educational activity was formed. Specific didactic tasks were used to determine personal goal-setting. They were tested in a team-competitive methodology between the units of the training group. In the pedagogical ascertaining examination, various methods were studied (step-by-step, frontal, wave-like, and maximum loads). The combination of scientific methods, such as comparison, juxtaposition, analysis of the obtained data, abstraction, and concretization, determined the sequence and logic of the scientific work. The proposed pedagogical approach during training sessions helped to increase the level of social maturity and significantly improve the indicators of functional state and physical fitness in skiing. The pedagogical practice provides a method for fostering social stability, which has a positive impact on the quality of learning. Its application will ensure the effective acquisition of theoretical and practical knowledge during the initial period of education and increase interest in the subjects studied in professional training.
