The article examines continuous corporate education as one of the key mechanisms for ensuring strategic business sustainability in conditions of high uncertainty, digital transformation, and accelerated competence renewal. The relevance of the topic is determined by the fact that the competitiveness of modern organizations increasingly depends not only on the availability of material resources, but also on the ability to continuously update knowledge, develop personnel, and adapt internal educational systems to changing external conditions. The purpose of the study is to reveal the role of continuous corporate education in ensuring strategic business sustainability, as well as to identify the conditions under which educational initiatives transform into a long-term factor of organizational development. The study uses comparative analysis, generalization of scientific literature, systematization of approaches, analysis of open statistical materials, and the logical-structural method. It shows that continuous corporate education affects business sustainability through the development of human capital, increased employee adaptability, reduced personnel risks, increased innovation activity, and reduced dependence on the external labor market. The study finds that personalized, practice-oriented, and digital learning formats integrated into business processes and the competence management system have the greatest impact. It is concluded that continuous corporate education should be viewed not as an auxiliary HR function, but as a strategic mechanism for ensuring organizational sustainability, increasing flexibility, and maintaining the company’s competitive advantages. The article provides author’s recommendations for developing educational ecosystems, strengthening the connection between learning and KPI, and implementing predictive analytics of competencies. |
