Annotation: The article examines mechanisms for ensuring the economic security of enterprises under sanctions pressure and increasing external economic uncertainty. The relevance of the study is determined by the intensification of sanctions restrictions, disruption of traditional logistic and financial ties, limited access to technologies, and the need to develop new instruments for maintaining business sustainability. Under current conditions, the economic security of an enterprise is determined not only by its ability to counter external and internal threats but also by its capacity to ensure the continuity of production, financial, and managerial processes under systemic constraints. The purpose of the study is to conduct a comparative analysis of mechanisms for ensuring the economic security of enterprises under sanctions pressure and to identify directions for adapting the most effective foreign practices to Russian enterprises. The methodological framework of the research is based on the systems approach, comparative analysis, methods of generalization, and institutional analysis. The study investigates the specific features of national models of enterprise economic security in the Republic of Belarus, the People’s Republic of China, and the Republic of Kazakhstan. The findings indicate that the Belarusian model is focused on industrial cooperation, logistics adaptation, and state support for enterprises; the Chinese model is based on achieving technological sovereignty through the development of innovation activities, support for high-tech companies, and the elimination of technological bottlenecks in production chains; the Kazakhstani model relies on the development of sanctions compliance mechanisms, digitalization of financial transactions, and ensuring the stability of international settlements. Based on the results of the study, the concept of selective adaptation of foreign experience is substantiated, implying the use of the most effective instruments while taking into account the specific characteristics of the Russian economy. A model for ensuring the economic security of Russian enterprises is proposed based on the interaction of technological, financial, and digital components. It is concluded that enterprise resilience under sanctions pressure is determined by the comprehensive development of these areas and their synergistic interaction.
