| Annotation: | The analysis of branch structure of employment at the present stage of development of economy of Russia with definition of positive and negative consequences of changes in the branch structure of employment for the economic development and the population life quality is given. The interrelation of the policy of employment with the socio-economic policy of the state is analyzed, the mechanism of implementation of the program of creation of workplaces is considered. On the example of Saratov region the importance of the regional programs directed to the improvement of a situation in the sphere of employment is determined, and the characteristic of their basic directions is given. |
