The modern approaches to determination of the essence of the employee and company labor potential, their interrelations, quantitative and qualitative parameters of the labor potential have been reviewed. The structural components of the company labor potential: personnel, professional, qualification and organizational, have been reviewed. The author has proposed his definition of the structure of the labor potential including the social and cultural potential of the company. The major issues of estimation of the value of the company labor potential have been reviewed, and the current methods of evaluation of its quantitative and qualitative parameters have been systemized. The method of complex evaluation of the company labor potential has been proposed. |
