THE CONCEPT AND STRUCTURAL COMPONENTS OF INFORMATION MANAGEMENT SYSTEM outsourced IN THE SMALL AND MID-SIZE COMPANIES

The definition of information management system’s outsourcing reflecting specificity of small and medium size companies has been provided. The author has proposed the classification of structural components of information management system and their description in terms of efficiency of transferring for outsourcing. It has been underlined that the most effective for small and medium size businesses is to outsource the following components of information management system: financial, accounting, administrative, human resources management functions, subsystems of logistics, IT-infrastructure and its maintenance. The criteria of outsourcing feasibility have been defined.
