| Annotation: | The complex approach to evaluation of the higher school teacher activity has been proposed. Professional competences as the tool for evaluation of the higher school teacher activity efficiency have been reviewed. Classification of professional competences and distribution of the types the teacher activity, developed in the Omsk state technical university has been presented; the levels of development of the teacher competences have been described; the technology of definition of development of professional competence level has been provided; the necessity of accounting of quantitative and qualitative results of work with the purpose of moral and material encouragement of the higher school teachers for achieving high results of activity has been justified. |
