DEVELOPMENT OF THE METHODIC AND MODELING OF QUANTITATIVE EVALUATION OF EFFICIENCY OF DEVELOPMENT OF THE LOCAL COMMUNITY SUBJECTS

Methodical bases of modeling of development of local economy on the basis of the use of mathematical and economical methods with the subsequent development of the toolkit for evaluation and forecasting of the character of the subjects of local economy have been formulated. The author offers the new methodical approach to creation of the aggregated index model for evaluation of efficiency of development of the subjects of local community, which assumes two basic stages: formation of methodical bases of a quantitative evaluation of efficiency of development of the subjects of local community; development of index system for evaluation of efficiency of development of the subjects of local community on the basis of the use of mathematical and economical models that forms the regulation mechanism of social and economic development at local level.
