REGIONAL SPECIFICS IN THE MANAGEMENT OF INVESTMENT ACTIVITY AT THE ENTITIES OF THE VOLGA FEDERAL DISTRICT

The object of the research is the evaluation of the investment process management at the Volga federal district of the Russian Federation. On the basis of statistical data of the Federal agency of the state statistics of the Russian Federation the analysis of dynamics of investments into the fixed capital and their efficiency in the regions has been carried out. The role of the foreign investments into economic development of the entities of the Volga federal district has been reviewed. The problems and ways of overcoming financial differentiation of the regions, among which the necessity of revising of a tax and budgetary policy of the Russian Federation, the search for mechanisms of the real investments creating result, formation of conditions for private investors, support of the state-private partnership have been revealed.
