ON THE NECESSITY OF IMPROVEMENT OF THE CRIMINAL-LEGAL PROTECTION OF JUVENILE

On the basis of complex research conducted by the author, the problematic situation related to the modern state of the juvenile protection against the criminal infringements has been reviewed. The research has shown that children pretty often become victims of crimes, and the practice of the criminal-legal norms application is not always adequate. The article has provided classification of the criminal-legal norms targeted to protection of the juvenile interests and has proposed the directions of improvement of the legislation application. The measures aimed at improvement of the criminal-legal protection if juvenile have been analyzed.
