Scientific theory is only the ideal model of the reality areas investigated by the scientists. Any scientific theory is simulacrum allowing seeing some, but not all, manifestations of the object of investigation. The striving for creation of the scientific framing of the monetary system functioning requires to consider the fact that the money phenomenon penetrates practically all spheres of human activity. The issue of money is under the close attention of many sciences. The economics takes the unquestionable superiority place among these sciences. However, the law as the branch of knowledge makes it possible to study the developed and reflected by the material sources forms of interrelations between participants of the money circulation. The indissoluble connection of economics and law can help to make an ideal scientific model of the money system more relief, more real. |
