Annotation:

The article views the content and methods of teaching crosscultural management to Master programs’ students of economic universities and business schools. The article states and proves the actuality of cross-cultural cluster disciplines, provides an overview of the most effective methods and technologies applied to teaching cross-cultural management, highlights the basic principles of teaching, stresses the importance of managers’ cross-cultural competence. The article describes cross-cultural features of functioning business in Russia, and also emphasizes that poly-ethnicity of Russian society and the impact of globalization determine the reasonability of taking into account cross-cultural aspects in training future managers and in business management as well.
