Annotation: |
The article has justified the methodological approaches to definition of the subject of patriotic education of children and the youth. The author has justified the structure of the patriotic education process proceeding from the sense-forming determinants of the patriotism phenomenon integrated in the modern education. The state concept of patriotic education is based on the following major determinants: devotion to the Motherland, faithfulness to the native land and availability to the performance of the civil duty. The logic of patriotic education is demonstrated on the basis of the process structure that corresponds to the major periods of the personality development in the modern education. The reference-point of the said logic is the systematic effects of patriotic education: Russian civil identity, consolidation of Russian society in the conditions of social differentiation and stratification, adoption of various traditions, values and norms of patriotic behavior; growth of human potential as the most important condition of the country competitiveness. |
