IMPACT OF INTEGRATION PROCESSES IN THE HIGHER SCHOOL ON THE INCREASING OF QUALITY OF THE EDUCATION SERVICES

The article has discussed theoretical and practical issues of formation of the integration processes in higher school; their interconnection with the quality of educational services has been justified. The definition has been specified; the objectives, essence and functions of the concept ‘integration’ have been formulated. It is necessary to distinguish between the external integration when speaking about joining up of several entities and the internal integration when the basis of the process is re-formation of resources inside the high school. The result is the establishing of innovation connections, concentration of resources in order to increase the effectiveness of functioning of the educational institutions. In order to provide for the integration process and increase the quality of educational services the author has proposed the mechanism of management of non-material assets.
