The Concept of Dynamic Capabilities as the Foundation OF Sustainability of THE COMPANY Competitive Advantages in THE Uncertain environment

The article discusses the theory of the company dynamic capabilities as an organic development of resource-based approach. Sharing the same assumptions, the concept enables to approach the formation of the resource base as the foundation for sustainable competitive advantage from different perspective and, what is more important, to understand how to maintain the competitive advantage once gained in the dynamic environment. The definition and typology of dynamic capabilities are given special emphasis. One of the most important elements of the work is the systematized analysis of empirical researches that define the role of dynamic capabilities in firm’s long-term competitiveness, which favors the concept advance to the real paradigm of strategic management.
