Annotation:

The power engineering industry of Russia is currently characterized by significant depreciation of basic production assets. Their major part has worked out the regulatory service life, which leads to the increase of expenses for repair and maintenance and the necessity to manage them. The article has proposed the models of management of repair-rehabilitation processes at the heat power stations in order to plan the amount of expenses for the overhauls and repairs of medium size of the main equipment. The area of application of each model has been provided, which is determined by the efficiency of the use of information that is input into the model. The model of decision-making on the basis of unclear intervals of changes of the repair expenses had been discussed in details. The said model allows localizing the areas of the decision-making based on the options most preferable for the decision-maker. The results of determination of expenses for the overhaul and repair of medium size of the main equipment of Novosibirsk heat power station-4 have been provided as the example.
