| Annotation: | The author of the article has analyzed the peculiarities of development and providing economic stability of agricultural production in Russia. The attention has been paid to the analysis of the results of economic reform of 1991–1992. The consequences of Russia’s joining the World Trade organization have been forecasted. The author has underlined the necessity of increasing the scientific justification of the programs that specify the joint responsibility for strengthening and enhancement of interconnected bases of the stable development of agricultural complex: economic, social and environment protection. |
