The effectiveness of innovation policy of higher educational institutions depends on the quality and the elaboration of the organizational and economic mechanism for its implementation, coordination of work of each link. It is difficult to ensure such coordination, particularly because of the complication of the mutual influence of marketing, science, education and production. Only the precise arrangement of interaction can ensure the integrity and continuity of the innovation processes, and provide the required reduction of the time period for the implementation of the innovation results and obtaining different types of effects. |
