| Annotation: | The significant changes have occurred in the last decade in the legislation of establishing relations in the family at the post-Soviet area. The article has presented the comparative analysis of the legal regulation of the family relations in Russia, Ukraine and Belorussia. As a result of the complex analysis of the available classifications of the family relations, the author has formulated proposals for improvement of the family legislation of the Russian Federation with regards to the modern integration processes. The author’s position has been justified regarding incorporation of changes in the article 2 of the RF Family Code that allow performing expanded interpretation of the types of the family legal relations. |
