RESPONSIBILITY FOR CRIMES AGAINST THE PROCEDURE OF KEEPING THE MILITARY PROPERTY IN COMPLIANCE WITH THE LEGISLATION OF THE FOREIGN COUNTRIES

The article has analyzed the criminal legislation of foreign countries, and the norms of responsibility for the crimes against the procedure of keeping the military property have been revealed. Having studied the foreign legislation, the author has found that in many countries of the world there exist the norms similar to articles 346–348 of the RF Criminal Code; however, they are much better than the articles in the RF Criminal Code. Having identified the number of positive aspects in terms of determining the subject of the crime, the article titles and punishments, the author has proposed to consider the foreign experience during the further improvement of the Russian criminal legislation in terms of establishing the responsibility for the crimes against the procedure of keeping the military property.
