Legal experience IN the environment protection in foreign countries: ISSUES of MUTUAL INFLUENCE

In article the author reviews the key aspects of formation of the ecological legislation in the individual European countries, the USA, some Latin American and Asian countries. The author has come to the conclusion about the great extent of influence of the European experience in the ecological law creativity on the process of formation of political and legal bases of environment protection in the developing countries. The attention has been focused on the fact that in the presence of effective legal basis of the European Union the national ecological law of the individual European countries has its own peculiarities. The article has reviewed the system of sources of the ecological law of the USA, France, and Germany. As a result of the analysis of the ecological law of foreign countries, the main legal enactments that had the greatest impact on the Russian legislation and ecological policy of the developing countries have been revealed and characterized.
