Analysis of the sources of financing of the energy saving programs and projects: russian and foreign experience

The article describes the structure of the sources of financing of the energy saving measures and energy efficiency programs the currently applied in the Russian and abroad. Classification of the sources of funding, volumes of financing of the sources under consideration, and the legislative barriers for application of the financing tools of the energy projects have been examined. The advantages and disadvantages of financing options used in the United States have been identified; as well as consolidated data on the mechanisms of the economic support in the United States and the European Union has been provided.
