The current international trends of establishing the innovative economics are analyzed in the article. The positive impact of technological progress on economic development is justified. Features of establishing and development of innovative econo­mics in the conditions of current globalization are shown. Particular attention is paid to the establishing of the innovative economics in developing countries. Strengthening of scientific and technical complexes of the leading developing countries and their impact on the functioning of national economies are studied.
