Establishing the corporate structures in the public sector of russian economics in modern conditions

The article reveals the conditions and factors of formation of the corporate model of the public sector of the Russian economics. The boundaries of the public sector and the dynamics of their changes in a historical retrospective on the basis of analysis of foreign and domestic experience are defined. The priorities of development of public corporations in high-tech sectors of the domestic industry are identified. The basic conditions for the formation of the effective corporate structure of the public sector in the modern market economy model are developed. The features of formation of public corporations in the Russian economics with regards to the type of corporations by the level of state participation in its capital structure are distinguished.
