Typologization of russian federation entities by the efficiency of implementing of the territotial compulsory health insurance programs

On the basis of fuzzy approach this article establishes a typology of the Russian Federation entities in terms of the economic efficiency in implementing territorial compulsory health insurance programs (TPOMS) for 2011–2012. Regulatory scope of health care per 1 person and the established norms of expenses per the unit of the health care are examined as indicators of the economic efficiency of implementing TPOMS. The author proposes the methods of calculating fuzzy integral indicator of efficiency, the ranking of the entities in terms of their economic efficiency in implementing the TPOMS. Particular attention is paid to the comparative analysis of the economic efficiency of the TPOMS of different RF entities.
