| Annotation: | The article analyzed the scientific approaches to the definition of legal policy of the citizens’ legal interests’ protection in the property field. The article is devoted to the analysis of current situation and ways to improve the current Ukrainian legal policy of the citizens’ legal interests’ protection in the property field. Author proposes the main factors for the effectiveness of legal policy in Ukraine. Particular attention is given to the characteristic prospects of developing united integrated strategy of legal reforms in this area, improvement of Ukrainian legislation regulating the legal status of the subjects of the citizens’ legal interests’ protection in the area of property. |
