Cognitive-information component of the education content as a semantically closed and semantically open system of knowledge

Annotation:

In the article the author analyzes the content of education as a system of closed type with regard to its compliance with the norms of postnonclassical reality; the contradiction of two systems of knowledge is revealed: system of knowledge presented in the educational environment, and the system of knowledge functioning required in contemporary social practice; semantically closed and semantically open systems of knowledge are compared; the passive and active methods of obtaining information relevant to these systems are analyzed; the subject-oriented approach to arrangement of the education content is discussed; the innovative form of arrangement of the subject content as the semantically open system of knowledge is proposed.
