Assessment of economic efficiency of using the urban area

The article examines the factors and principles of planning providing for population life quality and comfort conditions of living. In order to resolve the issues connected with the uniform and proportional provision of reliable development of municipal entities, it is suggested to use the indicator characterizing organizational and economic reliability of development of an urban area. Connection (dependence) of an income tax of individuals and the density of workplaces in the area of production of goods and in the area of production of services is studied. The theoretical model of spatial development of the city is proposed that allows increasing efficiency of using the urban area based on the balance of the budget income and expenses of municipal entity.
