Features of systems of infrastructure support of small and medium business in foreign countries

Features of functioning of infrastructure of support of small and medium businesses are analyzed in the article. The countries with the largest GDP are selected among the analyzed countries, the main part of which is produced by small and medium-sized enterprises: the USA, China, Japan, India, the EU countries and Brazil. The scheme of the infrastructure support system is developed; the factors that determine effectiveness ofinfrastructure support are identified; as well as the possibility of adaptation of foreign experience in the Russian economics is examined. The following factors are identified among the main ones: available financial resources; provision of government orders; tax benefits and availability information and consultation accessibility.
