Annotation:

The article examines the possibilities of using indicators of assessment of business processes effectiveness for business management growth in horizontal plane, i. e. for maximum involvement of the process commands in the planning and monitoring activity. The author has investigated the concept of business processes metrics, the set of indicators for every process reflecting the cost of the process implementation, as well as the quality of primary result anticipated. The article also proposes algorithm of metrics formation and presents example of indicators of the processes effectiveness in the retail network. The feedback in the monitoring and planning system in the horizontal plane is used as the main factor of the processes interaction. Besides, the role of the processes metrics in arrangement of selfgovernance of the processes commands and improvement of their activity is demonstrated.
