The article reveals the content of the personnel management and the specificity of formation of the personnel motivation system of geographically distributed organization with regard to its features as an object of management. The authors proposed the use of KPI matrix adapted for personnel management in the geographically distributed organizations. The analysis of characteristics of the Kursk branch of RTC OJSC with regard to the regional aspect of the company activity was performed. A model of transition from the personnel management based on subjective assessment of the activity effectiveness to the objective quantitative measurement of the achievable results was developed that is adapted to the specific activity of RTC OJSC. |
