Сooperation between state powers and business structures in the conditions of the institutional transformations in ukraine

The article examines the problem of cooperation between the state powers and business structures in the conditions of the institutional reforms in Ukraine. The urgency of this problem from the point of view of the theory is substantiated; arguments in favor of using the mechanism of public-private partnership in the conditions of radical changes are provided. The author highlights the key issues that related to the development of public-private partnerships; identifies areas of improving functioning of the mechanism of public-private partnerships in Ukraine. The author of this article has suggested structural model of public-private partnership, as well as the scheme of financing the investment projects with participation of the state and business; and has determined the procedure of profit distribution between participants of the partnership.
