The possibilities of tutor support for implementation of inclusive education of children are examined in the article; approaches to the model of professional training of future teachers to work with children with special needs are identified. The essence of inclusive education as a whole, its goals, objectives and specifics are determined. The structure of tutor competence is defined. The program of the discipline «Tutor competence of the teacher-development pediatrician in the framework of inclusive education» is presented. Introduction of the universities training courses aimed at formation of the tutor competence, acceptance of the ideas of inclusive education and successful professional activities of teachers in these conditions is substantiated. |
