INDIVIDUAL LEGAL-CONSCIOUSNESS OF MODERN SENIOR PUPILS AS A PEDAGOGICAL PROBLEM

Annotation:

The article justifies the urgency of the problem of formation of individual legal consciousness of the contemporary senior pupils. Theoretical and practical prerequisites of the study of legal consciousness of senior pupils are presented. The definition of legal consciousness of senior pupil is provided. Intellectual, emotional, and behavioral components in the structure of legal consciousness of senior pupils are underlined based on the corrwelation with the basic blocks of the psychological mechanism of the legally-relevant behavior. Cognitive, evaluative and regulatory functions of the legal awareness of senior pupils that define its essence are revealed and presented. Three levels for its formation are described: legal consciousness of law-abiding orientation, legal consciousness of mostly positive focus, contradictory legal consciousness.
