| Annotation: | The article examines peculiarities of translation of the architectural texts. The authors point out and analyze the grammar skills necessary for verbal and written professional communication. It is also important to mention that studentsarchitects must have grammar skills in order to cope with the translation problems. Moreover, stylistic peculiarities are mentioned in the article as a reason of problems with translation of the professional texts. Impersonal sentences, participle constructions, and non-finite verbs cause difficulties among students. Only taking into account the grammar peculiarities of the architectural sublanguage the students-architects are able to communicate successfully in the professional sphere verbally and in written form. |
