| Annotation: | The article examines modern issues of automation of business processes in the companies using СRM systems. The main directions of software use in analysis and subsequent automation of the companies operation are determined. The practical use of software Bitrix24 of 1C-Bitrix is studied. The method of solving the problem of automating of the business process using Bitrix24 system is proposed on a specific example. The conclusions about the current status and applicability of the tools for modeling business processes in commercial companies are made. The prospects of using tools for automation of business processes built-in in the uptodate automated information systems are discussed. |
