| Annotation: | The article discusses the problem of depreciation of fixed assets of the public road facilities. Analysis of depreciation of fixed assets of large companies is fulfilled. Basic factors affecting re-equipment of the road facilities with the up-to-date roadbuilding equipment are identified. Pros and cons of the owners’ equity as the source of financing of technical re-equipment are highlighted. The article describes detailed step-by-step analysis of such sources of financing as leasing and bank credit as well as proves the economic effectiveness and preference of leasing as the source of financing. The article contains conclusions on the current state of the leasing market in Russia and potential perspectives of leasing. |
