METHODS OF INCREASING EFFICIENCY OF CORPORATE GOVERNANCE

The article examines the issues of corporate governance and demonstrates possibility of its functioning effectiveness based on the complex approach. Companies’ activity is assessed by investment, financial and social components, which are based on the rating of group members by the degree of their effectiveness. Unlimited criteria of company attractiveness are proposed, including rights of shareholders and investors, activity of the Board of Directors, corporate social responsibility, which allow increasing effectiveness of corporate governance. Complex model of corporate governance improvement is developed, which allows practically assessing the current level of company development and quality of corporate governance.
