NATIONAL INNOVATION SYSTEM: OBSTACLES FOR DEVELOPMENT

| Annotation: | The wide ranges of factors that may prevent sustainable development of the national innovation system are examined. Traditions of the labor market, prevalent forms of business arrangement, and the level of confidence play the key role among the other socio-cultural factors; while economic structure, urbanization level, competitive situation at the market, condition of the educational system, as well as sociopolitical factors reflecting the role of the government in sustainable innovative development are the key components among the socio-economic factors. The author has justified that only the combination of public administration, efforts on the part of entrepreneurs and favorable institutional environment ensures efficient national innovation system development. |
