IMPROVEMENT OF THE EFFICIENCY OF POWER PLANTS BY CORRECTION OF WATER CHEMISTRY

Annotation:

The article discusses the possibility of use of the film-forming amines HELAMIN® to replace conventional reagents used in the management of water chemistry (WCE) and countdown washing HRSG PSU Vologda CHP. The economic benefits of implementation of the new reagent, pre-start chemical treatment of heating surfaces, corrective treatment of water during operation are calculated. A comparison of the costs of conventional treatment and HELAMIN water chemistry is performed. The result of the study is the commercial evaluation of effectiveness of chemicals replacement with Helamin, which is relatively new for the Russian energy industry and is not finally tested. The conclusion about feasibility and economic benefits of HELAMIN use is made.
