Regional industrial policy as a factor of economic development of the Russian Federation

The problem of formation of modern regional industrial policy is examined in the article. Practiced entrepreneurial benchmarks are analyzed; the number of provisions characterizing the integrated system of regional management is identified. Development of regional systems of administration, conceptual changes in the regional management have internal and external potentials of initiation oriented on search of intraregional reserves. It is concluded that the priority of the RF modern regional development is an integration reality that helps protect the strategic guidelines of economic development of the Russian Federation. It is proposed to focus on new professional quality of modern managers of executive authorities of the RF entities.
