RESTRUCTURING OF AQUACULTURE BUSINESS ENTITIES BASED ON CLUSTERING

The article examines the current economic state of the fishery sub-complex of the agro-industrial complex of the Russian Federation, in particular the aquaculture sector. The ways of improving competitiveness of economic entities of aquaculture in the context of global instability are analyzed. It is concluded that restructuring is the most effective way of competitiveness improvement. The ways of establishing a rational restructuring mechanism is proposed. It is identified that the most promising option of restructuring is business arrangement in the form of integrated economic structures. Based on the analysis of different forms of integration it was revealed that the regional inter-industry fisheries cluster is the most perspective form for Astrakhan region. Measures for establishing of regional inter-industry fisheries cluster in Kamyzyaksky district of the Astrakhan region are proposed
