Annotation:

The paper examines the main forms, methods and institutions of management of employees’ competitive ability at an enterprise, on the right use of which the competitive ability of the staff and the organization as a whole depends. We provide example of the use of the theory of constraints by Eliyahu Moshe Goldratt when the competitive ability of the employees of the in-company labor market increases, which gives an opportunity to see the theory practical application. The paper touches upon the problem of precarization of employment, which occurs in the in-company labor markets more and more often and negatively affects the competitive ability of the whole staff. It was found out that there exists an inverse relationship between employees’ competitive ability and precarization.
