Annotation:

The article discusses the participation of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine in the implementation of parliament procedures. The process of lawmaking is analyzed, in which the government is entitled with the legal status of the subject of legislative initiative, as well as involved as an expert in the process of bills submission by other entities, and with the supervisory powers of the legislature. The procedure for informing of Verkhovna Rada by the Cabinet of Ministers about the date, time and place of meetings of the government is determined. It is concluded that the interaction of the legislative and executive authorities ensures acceptance of lawful and well-developed decisions of the Parliament, their precise and continuous observance, performance and application, as well as other legal enactments based on them by those concerned.
