CRIMINOLOGICAL CHARACTERISTICS OF CRIMES AGAINST LIFE COMMITTED BY WOMEN

| Annotation: | On the basis of the author’s study of judgments of еру courts of the Southern Federal District, and the cities of Moscow and Saint-Petersburg and other regions of the Russian Federation, with the correlation of judicial decisions with the data of official statistics of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation, the criminological characteristics of crimes against life committed by women are analyzed. The structure of such crimes, namely, time, place, methods of their fulfillment are examined; the need of these indicators for prevention of this type of crime is determined. Particular attention is paid to the characteristics of the personality of the offender and victims of the crimes under consideration. The article presents opinions about the problem of both scientists of the Soviet period and modern researchers. |
